Please be advised that Liberty Hill Road between Highland Farm Road and Olde English Road will be closed to through traffic from July 18, 2019 until August 23, 2019.  This closure will be in place twenty-four hours a day and no through traffic will be allowed.  Local access will be maintained but only local residents will be provided access through the work zone.  The barrier and chains will be relocated to just south of Highland Farms Road.

Through traffic should follow sign for the detour route using Smith Road to Back River Road to County Road (see attached map).

Phase 3 (from Olde English Road to Smith Road) will occur later this season and will be preceded by another message.
