[ARCHIVED] Town Treasurer Needed - Town Council is seeking residents for appointment

The Bedford Town Council is seeking residents to be considered for appointment of Town Treasurer.

The Town Treasurer is an appointed official who would assist Town officials with making prudent investments of excess funds under the guidance of state law, the Town Charter and the Town’s investment policy. The Treasurer has signatory authority on all Town accounts. Additionally, the Treasurer would participate in conjunction with other town officials, bond counsel and financial advisors during bond sales authorized by the voters.
