The Bedford Police Department was first notified by the Bedford School District regarding alleged images of female high school students obtained by male students after the School District learned of the allegations and sent an email message to parents late in the afternoon of September 21, 2023.

Since that time, the Bedford Police Department has not received any images, information, or evidence of a violation of New Hampshire law from any student, school staff, or parent.

The Bedford Police Department remains ready to investigate and review any images, evidence, or information regarding allegations of violations of New Hampshire criminal law with respect this matter.
