[ARCHIVED] Eversource Work Continues in the Area of Moore's Crossing and Station Rd

Eversource work that is taking place along the Heritage Trail continues tomorrow November 4th.

Eversource has contracted with Evans Line Construction, Inc. (Evans) of Hooksett, NH, to rebuild this 0.7 mile section of electric distribution line located in the right-of-way between Eversource’s Bedford substation on Station Road and Moore’s Crossing Road. This construction, scheduled to begin tomorrow, will occur in phases on the following days: tomorrow, Friday, November 4th; Monday, November 7th; and Monday, November 14th. They will know if additional dates are necessary after the work on November 14th.

Workers from Evans, whose vehicles will carry Eversource contractor decals, will be replacing poles and wires, and adding new technology that will expedite the restoration of service in the event of a power outage. Residents that abutt the project have been notified by mail.

As a reminder during any construction project, please think safety first and be sure that everyone—including children and pets—stay away from construction equipment and wires. BPD Cares!
