Do I need a swimming pool permit?
All pools (including inflatable) that are 24 inches or more in depth require permits. All in-ground and prefabricated above-ground pools are required to have a standard pool permit (includes building and electric permit) and inflatable pools must have an electrical permit. Pool enclosures must comply with our Pool Fence Requirements (PDF).
