History & Experience
Terry is originally from Massachusetts’s and received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maine. Prior to becoming interested in Building Code enforcement he was a private sector contractor. In 2007 he went to work in Claremont, New Hampshire as Code Official and stayed until 2011 when he left due to community budget cuts. He returned to construction as a private contractor while seeking employment in the field of Code Enforcement. 

Certifications
Between 2007 and 2014 he received his certifications from ICC as:

• Commercial Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Inspector
• Plans Examiner
• Residential Building and Electrical Inspector

Current Information
Terry started working for the town in October of 2014.  He currently lives in Weston, Mass. with his wife Mary and they have 2 daughters in College.
